Established in 1894 on the corner of 41st and Howe Streets in Oakland, Fentons Creamery moved to its current Piedmont Avenue location in 1961. The historic ice cream parlor and eatery has maintained its status as a Bay Area landmark, serving full lunch and dinner courses in addition to handmade ice cream and milkshakes.
